“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors, after reviewing the company's business plan for 2024-27, are of the opinion that, taking account of plausible downsides, the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The company receives funding from the Group through on-lending facility. The directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
