“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons: The Company is dependent for its working capital on funds previously indirectly provided to it by Lumen Technologies, Inc., the ultimate parent Company. Lumen Technologies, Inc., has provided the Company with an undertaking that for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statement, it will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company. ... There are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.”
