“Based upon the approved cash flow forecasts, the downside analysis, and current funds available to the Company to include the revolving credit facility, the directors have concluded that the JV is able to operate for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements. For this reason, the directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
