Following this transaction, the parent company of Decco Holdings UK Limited will change from UPL Corporation Limited to Advanta Mauritius Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed in December 2025. There will be no change in the ultimate control of Decco Holdings UK Limited, which will continue to be under the UPL Limited group.”
