However, after the year end but before the date of approving these financial statements, the directors took the decision to cease trading following the completion of its current contractual obligations. As the directors do not intend to enter into any new contracts and given their intent ons to liquidate the company, they have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. This decision has no impact on the presentation of these financial statements.”
