“The group made a profit of £2,704,494 in the 52 week period ended 28 March 2025 (2024: £4,100,192) and the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have prepared group cash flow forecasts from the date of approval of these financial statements through to September 2026 which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the group will have sufficient funds through its working capital management to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors are confident that the group will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
