“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company made a profit before tax for the period of £1,081,468 and at 31 December 2024 has retained earnings of £2,992,941. The directors consider that with the Company being in a favourable net current asset position and with forecasted continued profitability, the Company has sufficient resources to meet all current liabilities as they fall due and have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of authorisation of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors of the Company have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
