Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have made an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, which covers the period of more than 12 months from the data of approval of these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the company management continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis of accounting. The company is in a licencing contract with the parent undertaker (the Trust) for the duration of 5 years until 3rd April 2027. There is no indication or intention from either party to withdraw from this contract. The Company is forecast to be profitable in the forthcoming year, with a budgeted operating profit of £100k for 2025/26. A similar level of profitability is anticipated for 2026/27 in the original 5 years business case, and it's still deemed to be appropriate. As a wholly owned subsidiary, the Company benefits from the financial and operational support of the Trust. The Company has a positive cash balance of £1,091k at end of the year, the Directors are expected to meet the liabilities when due. Therefore, the directors at the time of approval of the financial statements believes going concern is the appropriate basis on which to prepare these accounts.”
