However, after considering the circumstances outlined above, cash flow forecast and the underlying assumptions, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the intercompany amounts will not be called upon by WNE Investor and the waiver or amendment of financial covenants will be successfully agreed with the Lender. The directors also believe that the Group and the Company will be in a position to meet its operating commitments over the next twelve months from the approval of its financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the basis of preparation being inappropriate.
