“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. At 30 June 2025 the company had net liabilities of £47,272, of which £163,172 is due to a fellow group company. Excluding this liability the company would have an overall net assets position of £115,900. The directors of the fellow group company have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of the amount owed to the company until there is sufficient funds to do so. On this basis the directors are satisfied that the company can meet working capital requirements and will be able to meet other obligations and commitments as they fall due. As such the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
