AG financial statements that the continued financing of the group is dependant on the successful implementation of certain measures agreed with it's funding partners. The letter of support given by BayWa r.e. AG is therefore limited to the level of funding agreed in the group restructuring plan. Additionally, there is a risk of funding needed by the Company outweighing the amount noted in the letter of support, which includes inflows that are not fully within the Company's control at this time.
