The maturity date of the loan is 28 July 2027. As at 31 December 2025, A387,323,881 (2024: A348,860,372) was drawn down. The interest rate is fixed at 5.028% plus a margin of 3.75%. No bank loan covenant has been breached for the years ended 31 December 2025 and 2024.”
