“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have considered the cash flow requirements to settle liabilities as they fall due for the period to 31 October 2026 (the "going concern period") at both the Company and Sirius Real Estate Limited (the "Group") level. The Company has amounts owed by related parties and the Company's ability to meet its future liabilities is therefore dependent on the financial performance and position of the Group as a whole. The Directors have received confirmation that Sirius Real Estate Limited will provide financial support the Company for a period until 31 October 2026, which is a period of at least one year after the date these financial statements are approved and signed.”
