“The company had net liabilities of £1,145,307 (2023 - £2,679,351) at the year end. In assessing the company's ability to continue as a going concern, the directors have considered the liquidity position and reviewed the cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from signing these financial statements. The company has adequate financial resources as well as continued support from its parent company, STACK Infrastructure Inc. As a consequence, the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and meet its liabilities as they fall due. Thus, the directors have chosen to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
