“The directors have performed an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. This assessment covers a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financials statements. As at 31 December 2024, the Company has total net current assets of $1,520,738 (2023: $934,669), including cash of $1,946,320 (2023: $4,773,323). The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the continued financial support from our Parent. CoolCo, our Parent, has committed to provide continuing financial support to the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements to enable the Company to meet its future liabilities as and when they fall due. As such, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
