“The Board of Directors of EMA DPP Ltd ("the Board") has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to manage its business risks successfully, and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. ... Accordingly, the Board continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
