“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company forms part of a wider Group that provides ongoing financial support and, where relevant, access to the Group's debt facilities. The Directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and the level of support available from the parent undertaking and are satisfied that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation is considered appropriate for the year ended 30 March 2025.”
