Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“As explained in more detail in note 1.2 the directors have the expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, the going concern assessment period. Amongst other commercial considerations, the directors have based their going concern assessment on a financial model which includes cash flow forecasts which indicate that, taking account of the recent budget announcements and other factors which might result in a reasonably plausible downside scenario, the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The government announced the cessation of the ECO scheme on 31st March 2026. This came as no surprise, with Labour's manifesto pledging to increase the spend allocated for improving the energy efficiency of properties in the UK when they came to power. It is anticipated that the ECO scheme will be replaced by the Warm Homes Plan.”
- “Ordinary dividends were paid amounting to £2,000,000.”
- “On the 29th October 2024, 1,764 B Shares with an aggregate nominal value of £1.76 were acquired by the company's immediate parent company, thereby making the company a wholly owned subsidiary of The Improveasy Group Ltd.”
- “On the 29th February 2024, the company guaranteed a loan in another group company, Improveasy Limited. As at the reporting date the outstanding balance amounted to £390,147.”
