“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At the year end the company had net current liabilities and is dependent on the financial support of its parent company, IVI Holding Limited. The directors have obtained confirmation from the parent that it will continue to provide financial support as required to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are approved. ... Based on this review, the directors consider that the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”
