Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Affirmed
“Despite a small profit for the year, the Company had net habilities of £66,000 at 31 March 2025 However it had cash at bank of £711,000 and net current assets of £388,000, with the overall net habilities arising due to long terms loans owed to the Company's two corporate Directors, who are also the shareholders These loans will not need to be settled until 1 September 2025 at the earhest, as disclosed in note 13 The Company's forecast and projections for 12 months after the signing of these accounts, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Company should be able to operate without any additional borrowing facilities being required As a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risk successfully Therefore, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future The directors have therefore adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025”
