“Having regard to the factors noted above, in particular the support available from the Company's ultimate parent, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In addition, the directors are satisfied that the support available from the ultimate parent includes a confirmation that intercompany balances will not be called upon during this period. As a result, the directors believe that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
