  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to note 1 of the financial statements which describes the preparation of the financial statements on a non-going concern basis. As described in note 1, the company has transferred the trade, assets, and liabilities to Ingenuity Digital Limited and therefore ceased trading from 01 January 2025. The directors have concluded that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. No adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis.
