“The directors are satisfied that there is sufficient available cash for at least the next twelve months to meet the operating needs of the company. Amounts of £3,373,612 are due to its shareholders, however these will not be called in within the next twelve months. The company's loan facility of £4,049,233 was due for repayment on 26 August 2025, however the lender did not call in the loan and the directors are currently in discussion with the existing lender to renegotiate new terms of the loan. The directors are confident that they will be able to refinance the loan with the existing lender. Written confirmation has been received by the directors from Galliard Group Limited confirming their intention to support the company to ensure it is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due (including any loan repayments if required) for a period of not less than one year from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
