“Each year the Director is required in signing off the financial statements, to assess the appropriateness of the going concern basis of preparation. In undertaking this assessment, performed for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the company cash flow forecast has been prepared, and scenario modelling has been undertaken to show that the assumptions made by the forecast, the result of the review has indicated a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
