“The directors have considered the parent company's resources, financial position and external loan facilities and are of the opinion that the parent company has sufficient resources to support the company and therefore has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date that these finial statements were approved.
