“Having prepared sensitised cashflow forecasts for 12 months ahead and further, the directors expect that the business will continue to operate as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The Company has a strong cash position and positive forecast as a result of transactional activity as well as seeing the benefits of cost-saving measures. The Company is supported by shareholder loans with a maturity date that is more than one year from the signing of these accounts. Therefore, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
