“The Directors confirm that, after reviewing existing resources and projected cash flows for the next 12 months to July 2027 and considering current and anticipated market conditions, they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis has continued to be adopted in preparing the financial statements.”
