• “In February 2026, at the end of the initial 3-year period of exploration activities in Block EG-01, all work obligations had been fulfilled, and Kosmos withdrew from the partnership, transferring their interest to the Company. A one-year extension to the initial period was granted to mature the next phase investment decision. Following this extension, the partners will have the option to enter a two-year period (the Second Exploration Sub-Period), during which they will undertake to drill one exploration well.”
