“The directors have prepared projected cash flow information which covers at least twelve months from signing of the financial statements. Although currently loss making, this is expected in the first few periods of trading whilst the company establishes its customer base. The forecasts show that the company can operate with support from its parent company and within the existing funding facilities available to the group. The directors, with reference to these cash flow forecasts, believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
