As at 31 December 2025, the Company has net current liabilities of £23,985k (2024 - £12,108k) and net liabilities of £21,204k (2024 - £9,032k). HGH Finance Limited, a subsidiary of Howden Group Holdings Limited, has undertaken to provide financial support to the Company to meet liabilities as they fall due for the period to 30 June 2027. Having considered the aforementioned, and after making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the period to 30 June 2027.
