“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At 31 December 2024, the group had net current assets of £9,716,707, net assets of £12,564,443 and retained losses of £111,822. The Group generated a profit after tax of £2,392,719. Post year end the UK has continued to generated profits. The group also has access to support from EBNT US Holdings Inc, the immediate parent company. Therefore, the director believe that the group has access to sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On this basis, the director consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
