“The consolidated financial statements of the Group have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). They have been prepared under the assumption the Group operates on a going concern basis, which assumes the Group will be able to discharge its liabilities as they fall due. In confirming the validity of the going concern basis of preparation, the Group has considered the following specific factors: the Group reported a profit of £1.7m for the year and had an excess of current assets over current liabilities of £10.4m. The Group generated positive operating cash flows of £2.1m in the current period.”
