- “On 7 February 2025, the Company became a 100% owned subsidiary of EcoNation Recycling (Mauritius) Limited. The shares were previously held on behalf of that company by the now ultimate controlling party, Cardinalstone Capital GP Limited. Since the year end, the Company has also received additional equity funding of £500,000, which has strengthened the Company's capital base and liquidity position.”
