“The Company is dependent upon the continued financial support of its ultimate parent company, The Brandtech Group LLC, which has undertaken to financially support the Company for a period of one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on this undertaking and after making enquiries, the directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
