The closure of the German business was announced in April 2025, however legal control remained with the Group until 16 April 2026 so the German subsidiaries remained within the consolidation perimeter at the balance sheet date. The closure of the Australian business was announced in December 2025 and control was transferred to liquidators on 8 December 2025 and consequently the entity has been excluded from consolidation from that date.”

The funds raised as part of this refinancing were used to repay founder shareholder and institutional debt and purchase their equity, the net result of which has been to position group management as majority shareholders in the business.”
