“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate having received a letter of support from its immediate parent company, Qlar Pneumatic Conveying UK Limited, indicating it will provide the financial and other support necessary for the company to meet its liabilities as and when they become due for a period of 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements.”
