The company uses the net proceeds of the Certificates to provide funds to acquire financial collateral that meets the eligibility requirements as specific in the respective Series ('Portfolio Assets'). The Certificate Programme is sponsored by One World Impact Investment Holdings Limited, a company registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Markets, United Arab Emirates and registration number 4777 ('Sponsor'). The Sponsor is involved in the initiation process of the Series and funds any listing fees, expenses and associated costs.”
