“The Company is in the start-up phase and is reliant on its ultimate parent undertaking Mars, Incorporated. The company has received confirmation through a letter of support from their ultimate parent Mars Incorporated, that it intends to support the Company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed. The directors have performed an assessment to consider the forecast cashflows and liquidity of the Company and have also considered the financial health of the Company's ultimate parent undertaking Mars, Incorporated for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the directors are of the opinion that the Company has adequate resources to meet its financial obligations as they fall due and continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
