“The Directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, in doing so, have considered the financial support available from its parent undertaking, ART Group Services Limited. The Company is dependent on this support to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. ART Group Services Limited has issued a letter of support confirming its intention to provide financial assistance to the Company as required. Although this letter is not legally binding, the Board has a reasonable expectation that such support will be maintained through to 31 March 2027. In forming this view, the Directors have also reviewed the financial position of ART Group Services Limited and are satisfied that it possesses adequate resources to provide the necessary support. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
