“As of 31 December 2024, the Company had net assets of $7,979,539 and incurred a loss of $2,897,852 during the period of incorporation on 13 August 2023 to 31 December 2024. The Company expects to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and proceeds generated from providing services to its customer, Venture Global Commodities, LLC ("VGC"). The Company has obtained a letter of support from Venture Global, Inc., its ultimate parent, confirming that Venture Global, Inc. will provide financial support up through at least 12 May 2026. Forecasts and projections show that Venture Global, Inc. is expected to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and expected net cash flows from operations, with sufficient cash flow to support the Company, through the going concern period. After making inquiries and through discussions with Venture Global, Inc., the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
