“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis notwithstanding that the company had net liabilities of £6,861,320 (2024: £697,330) at the period end. The directors have considered the company's current position and future prospects which indicate that the company is able to operate within the level of its current facility. Both parent companies have provided the company with an undertaking that it will not seek repayment of amounts due, until such time as the company has sufficient resources to do so.”
