Going concern
Affirmed

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. To month 5 of the 25/26 financial year the business is ahead of forecast in both sales and profit and the financial projections up to February 2027 show the company has the financial capacity and resources to meet its debts as they fall due. The directors regularly review performance against budgets as well as assessing profitability and cash flow in the short, medium and long-term. The directors have considered both the current and anticipated future impact of predicted low growth in the UK economy in their assessment and are confident that it will not impact the going concern status of the company. The diverse and established client base, and the good oversight of pipeline and spend means that the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
