“These Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In applying the going concern basis, the Directors have taken into account the recent change in the Company's ownership. The Directors have received confirmation from SYMCA, the Company's ultimate parent company, that SYMCA intends to provide financial support to the Company, to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due, to the extent that resources are not otherwise available to the Company to meet such liabilities.”
