- “Decline in TON Token Price After the reporting date, the TON token has experienced a significant decline in its market price. As at 31 December 2024, TON was trading at approximately US$ 5.58 per token. After year end, by 9 December 2025 (the date of preparing these accounts), the price had fallen to approximately US$ 1.61 per token. Given the magnitude of the post-year-end price decline, management expects that this may give rise to a material impairment charge in the next financial year, should prices not recover and if indicators of impairment persist.”
