“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, the Directors have reviewed the Group's financial position, cash flow forecasts and available financing facilities for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. ... Based on the cash flow forecasts prepared and the continued availability of the invoice discounting facility, the Directors consider that the Group will have adequate resources to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the Directors consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.”
