The Directors have obtained a letter of support from the ultimate parent Company, Wärtsilä Technology Oy Ab for a period of at least 12 months following the signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Company's Directors have assessed that there are no material uncertainties surrounding the going concern of the entity, Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
