“The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the committed financial support of Horizon Data Centre Investors (HDCI) LLC. The Directors have received written confirmation from HDCI LLC that further support will be provided to the Company for at least 13 months from the date that these financial statements are approved. The Directors have satisfied themselves of the intent and ability of HDCI LLC to provide the support.”
