“At 31 August 2025 the company is in a net liability position of £209,338 but the parent charity, Ambition Institute, has given an undertaking to continue to provide financial support as and when needed. On this basis the Directors consider that the company has adequate resources to enable it to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and the accounts are therefore prepared on a going concern basis.”
