“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In forming this judgement, the Directors have considered the Company's financial performance, cash position, available facilities and trading forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors monitor cash flow forecasts on a rolling basis and consider that the Company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”
