“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. This basis assumes that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future. The Company is reliant on continued support from its parent company, AIONOS Pte. Ltd. The parent company has undertaken to provide financial support to the Company for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of this report. In assessing the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern, the directors have considered future business plans, including the level of financial support which may be required from the Company's parent, as well as the financial position of the parent company to provide this support. The financial statements do not contain the adjustments that would be required if the company was unable to continue as a going concern.”
